The Lonestar Sprint, previously held the same weekend as the Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas, has now moved to the 5150 Galveston October date! Individual Entry for the Lonestar Sprint will start at $60.00 until September 30^th, and $75.00 from October 1^st through the 17^th. Relay Entry for the Lonestar Sprint is $90.00 until September 30^th, and $105.00 from October 1^st through the 17^th. The Lonestar Sprint will offer the following categories: Age Group, Athena (39 and under, 40 and over), Clydesdale (39 and under, 40 and over), PC and Relay.

The 5150 Galveston presented by Memorial Hermann will be a qualifier for the 2012 Hy-Vee 5150 U.S. Championship event. The 5150 Galveston event will offer the following categories: Professional, Age Group Elite, Age Group, Athena (39 and under, 40 and over), Clydesdale (39 and under, 40 and over), PC and Relay. This inaugural Championship in Des Moines, Iowa promises to be the most competitive Age Group Elite Competition on U.S. soil. The 5150 Galveston event is presented by Memorial Hermann.
